These services safeguard assets from risks like third-party liability, damage to District property, theft, errors or omissions, and natural disasters. We are comprised of the three following branches:
Insurance Compliance's purview is ensuring that all insurance policies and practices meet legal and regulatory standards, protecting students, staff, and businesses alike.
The Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) is a policy held by project owners that provides streamlined insurance coverage for all involved contractors and subcontractors.
Liability & Property handles the protocols for protection against damages to property and coverage for liabilities in case of accidents or third-party claims.
