    Liability Claims

    The Liability Claims section processes all non-litigated liability claims that are presented to the District, in compliance with California Government Code Section 900, et al. The District's "Claim for Damages" form can be requested by calling the Board Secretariat's office at (213)241-7002.

    *Please submit your completed claim form to the address on the second page. Risk Management and Insurance Services staff are NOT authorized to accept service of claims.

    Please allow 7-10 business days for your claim to be processed after it has been received by the Board Secretariat Office.
