    I am honored to serve as the Northwest Administrator of Operations.  It is the goal of the Operations Team to ensure that every school is safe, clean, and conducive to Teaching and Learning.  In hopes of maintaining the continuity of the Instructional Program and campus safety, we are committed to addressing school and community needs in a timely manner.  We look forward to serving you!

    What's New

    • MEM-059900.0 Teacher Initiated Transfer-The purpose of this Memorandum is to provide information regarding the 2018-2019 Teacher-Initiated Transfer Program to all potentially eligible teachers. Attachment A must be completed.
    • The Rubric of Implementation (ROI) fillable template is available by clicking on this link.  To access the presentation to complete this ROI click on this link.  For directions on how to access the ROI online template and for specific timelines and procedures click on this link.
    • The School Wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Support Policy manual and other resources are available to assist with sample documentation for each Key Feature of the ROI by click on this link.
    • BUL-5460.0: This bulletin includes procedures and checklists for accessing and closing a school site during holidays, non-school hours and holiday breaks.  The site administration must pre-approve a written authorization for employees to enter the facility during non-business hours. The employee who is given permission to access the campus during non-school hours must be knowledgeable about how to deactivate the alarm upon entering the site and how to activate that alarm when leaving the site.
    • BUL-6204.2: The purpose of this Bulletin is to update and clarify procedures for holiday displays and programs at schools, District offices, and worksites.
    • MEM-6158.5: The purpose of this Memorandum is to outline the Permits With Transportation (PWT) program procedures and timeline for the 2019-2020 school year.
