The Master Plan Verification Unit evaluates and verifies eligibility for the payment of differentials and incentive stipends to qualified employees who are appropriately assigned to District-approved programs included in the Master Plan for English Learners. 

Evaluation/verification cycles are conducted per information submitted by principals once in the Fall and again in the Spring semester each school year. 

Spring 2024 Master Plan differentials have been issued to eligible teachers on the July 5, 2024 pay warrant.

Our office is preparing to engage in the evaluation/verification cycle for teachers eligible to receive the Fall 2024 Master Plan differential and stipend per the 2023 collective bargaining agreement. Schools may expect to receive a memorandum in October 2024 with instructions to submit information to the MPVU for evaluation/verification. Qualified teachers for the Fall 2024 Master Plan differential may expect to see the payment reflected on their February 2025 pay warrant.
