The Educator Development and Support (EDS) system is designed to ensure that students have access to high-quality instruction in schools and teachers are supported by highly effective leaders. The foundation of the EDS system is our frameworks for teaching, counseling, school leadership and principal supervising. The EDS cycle includes observations, conferencing opportunities, professional goal-setting activities, and a series of reflection activities throughout the year. This process incorporates promising practices in coaching and feedback that encourages professional reflection and growth.
