Please note that as of December 22, 2024, attendance data for the 2022-2023 school year will be archived and will only be viewable through the Attendance Referral, Attendance Summary, and Attendance Audit Reports.

The following items have been enhanced/corrected in MiSiS:

Enrollment

• The Enroll Student screen has been enhanced as follows:
  • The landing page now defaults to "Pending Enrollments", providing a more streamlined user experience.
  • The “Age Range” message now displays upon clicking Next on the Student Enrollment Details page, streamlining the enrollment process.
• The Other Family Members screen has been enhanced and retitled to Additional Family Members.
• The Class Roster with Barcode report has been enhanced to feature corrected page alignment, ensuring improved accuracy and readability.

Scheduling

• The Change Student Section screen has been enhanced to verify the start and end dates of the target section before moving students into the selected section, ensuring accurate placements.
• The Conflict Matrix screen in Section Assignments has been enhanced to display the total count of potential conflicts for each period. The updated Master Scheduling- Section Assignments Screen job aid is available on the MiSiS website.

English Learner

• The Master Plan Programs process has been corrected to ensure students are accurately assigned the appropriate EL Services.
• The English Learner Enrollment by Teacher report has been enhanced to include all active Master Plan programs as of the selected date. The report is now available in the English Learner Reports menu. The updated EL Enrollment by Teacher Report job aid is available on the MiSiS website.
• The Individual Reclassification Acceleration Plan (Alternate PLTEL Elementary School version) report has been corrected to successfully generate for students.

Extended Learning

• The Extended Learning School Admin role has been enhanced as follows:
  • Ability to run the Attendance Summary Report - Extended Learning and Extended Program: Student Roster reports
  • Access to view and update student attendance data for Enrichment classes
  • Ability to enter grades for Enrichment classes

Independent Study

• The Master Agreement screen has been corrected to display the Adobe document when the View Document link is clicked.

ITI Forms Status

• The ITI Forms Status screen has been enhanced to include the “Computer Science Education Option for All Schools”.
• The ITI Forms Status report has been enhanced to include the “Computer Science Education Option for All Schools” drop down as a selection.

Student Testing

• The Test Scores screen under Student Profile > Academics has been enhanced to include additional relative placement performance levels for the i-Ready ELA Assessment. The data is displayed in the “Exemption Condition” column.
