What is ifieldtrip?
iFieldTrip (ifieldtrip.lausd.net) is the online field trip request system replacing the paper approval process. Based on trip details input by the requestor, the system triggers the appropriate approvers to certify online. Requestors and approvers can check a trip’s status at any time. All high schools began using the system for athletic trips in January 2020. While a number of schools have begun submitting non-athletic trips through the new system, more schools will be integrated in the coming months.
