    The purpose of this Reference Guide is to inform all District instructional staff, Pre-K through senior high school, of: (1) the updated Physical Therapy Position Paper; and (2) their responsibility to read this position papers in order to understand the role of Physical Therapy in the education of students with disabilities within the Los Angeles Unified School District.     The purpose of this Reference Guide is to provide school site and District staff information regarding the implementation of itinerant related services to support students with the eligibility of orthopedic impairment (OI) that have been placed in a special day program (SDP) where the teacher does not possess a credential specific to physical and health impairment (PHI).
