The primary responsibilities of the Data Privacy, Analysis, and Reporting Branch (DPAR) include managing and administering District surveys such as the School Experience Survey and the College & Career Readiness Survey; responding to internal and external data requests; providing data analysis and reporting support to the District and our schools; and ensuring the District’s data privacy policies and protocols are followed and enforced.

Results of the annual College and Career Readiness Survey (CCRS) administered during the spring of 2025 will be available this fall via the CCRS Dashboard links page, which will allow users to download and print a PDF document with results data.
