LAUSD Emergency Drill Evaluation
-
Thank you for taking the time to complete this evaluation. Schools are expected to submit an evaluation after each emergency drill, including the radio test.
Questions about the emergency drill evaluation and school emergency drills can be directed to the Office of Emergency Management at 213-241-3889. For technical assistance, please contact the ITD helpdesk at (213) 241-5200 (Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.) or submit a helpdesk ticket at: ITD Helpdesk Ticket.
Please do not use a cell phone to complete the radio test evaluation, as a phone will not display all response choices. A cell phone will work for the other emergency drill evaluations.
Note: The online Administrator Certification process will not include emergency drill completions as drill evaluations are only documented through this system (emergencydrills.lausd.net). “What’s Due” entries in the Principal’s Portal will not automatically be checked off for each drill completed, as that system is independent of the drill evaluation system.
