Q. If a staff member is not included in the Email Referral Settings, how do I add him/her?

  1. If a staff member is not included in the Referral Email Settings "To" field, create a new staff record by going to Admin - Staff Information, selecting the desired staff, and adding a new record on the Additional Assignment Details section located on the bottom of the screen.

    After the record is saved, log out and the newly added staff member will display on the "To"field.
