Development and implementation of policies, procedures, training for the District’s Capital Compliance Program to ensure a system of internal controls for capital funds ensuring legal and tax compliance.
Coordination of work with Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee, Board of Education, Superintendent, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Facilities Executive on capital compliance issues.
Administration of all District debt issuances (post issuance) with responsibility fulfilling the District’s continuing disclosure requirements.
Provide debt issuance assistance (post issuance), support and oversight of capital program expenditures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
