Continuing Disclosure

The District maintains all of the documents, Annual Reports and material event notices required under its various Continuing Disclosure Agreements on the website of Digital Assurance Certification LLC (“DAC”), the District’s dissemination agent.  DAC’s website also contains Official Statements for bonds and COPs, including CUSIP numbers for the bonds and COPs.   Investors and other interested parties can access this information by clicking on the link to DAC.
