Welligent Support Tier 2 Help Desk

Effective this year the direct number, fax number, and email are no longer available.

Welligent Support is now part of the IT-Help Desk and is considered tier 2 help. Every call received to the IT-Help Desk will be assessed to determine if it is a tier 1 or tier 2 issue. Our contact number is 213-241-5200 (Option 4).

Tier 2 issues may require a longer wait time. Therefore it is recommended that you use the online ticket system for non-urgent issues by going to

Please allow 1-5 business days for most requests to be processed. However, processing may take longer during high-volume periods.
