Report Updates

ELPAC Eligibility and Audit – The IE Audit Created Date column now reflects Source Created Date instead of Focus Created Date.  To access the report, go to Summary > Monitoring Reports >ELPAC Eligibility and Audit> Audit Tab

Attendance Bands Report – Foster column has been added to the Attendance Bands detail report by student.  To access the report, go to Operations> Attendance> Attendance Bands> then click on any link under the Dimensional Table View

MTAM Detail Report - Teacher and Home Room columns have been added to the MTAM Student Detail Report.  To access this report, go to Operations > More Than a Meal > MTAM District View or Campus View> Then click on any of the tiles with values

MTAM LD Comparison Dashboard - Two columns have been renamed for the MTAM LD Comparison dashboard.  The columns now display # of Missing Incomplete 9600 Forms instead of 9600 Meal App. To access this report, go to Operations > More Than a Meal > MTAM Local District Comparison > Missing/Incomplete Local District Monthly Comparison Chart

Bug Fixes

Enrollment & Withdrawals Report - Campus filter has been fixed now.  When selecting All local districts and searching for a Campus the system displays the correct selected location now.  To access this report, go to Operations > Attendance > Enrollments and Withdrawals

Attendance Submittal Report – Export and Print links have been added to the Attendance Submittal’s performance tiles for all drill down reports. To access this report, go to Operations > Attendance > Attendance Submittal > click any performance tile i.e Teachers with Attendance Not Submitted (ANS)

Ad Hoc Reporting Subject Area Updates

Course Enrollment Subject Area - Special Education sub-folder has been added to Programs Folder for Course Enrollment subject area.

Attendance Daily Subject Area- Description for Attendance Daily Subject Area has been updated.  “Use only for regular terms, not for summer term” has been added under Attendance Daily Subject Area description.

Job Aids Updates

Norm Enrollment and Staffing Dashboards – 2019-20 Norm Bulletin  for Certificated and Clerical Personnel at Elementary Schools, 2019-20 Norm Bulletin  for Certificated and Clerical Personnel at Middle Schools, 2019-20 Norm Bulletin  for Certificated and Clerical Personnel at Senior High Schools, 2019-20 Norm Bulletin for Certificated and Clerical Personnel at Magnet Centers and Magnet Schools, and 2019-20 Norm Bulletin  for Certificated and Clerical Personnel at Options Schools, have been added under Norm Enrollment and Staffing Job Aids and Videos section.
