The branch provides oversight and sound business and financial guidance to school and local district staff, in the areas of accounting, budgeting, payroll, personnel / position control, and purchasing. Trainings and presentations with regards to fiscal information and proper management of funds and resources are provided to school and local district staff as well as other interested parties outside of LAUSD.
