Step 4: 2x2 Peer Observation OR Follow Up to Growth Module (3 hours)--Teachers and staff have 2 choices.  They can choose to conduct a 2x2 Peer Observation around questioning and discussion techniques.  Or, they can attend the follow-up workshop, which will be held on May 31st at the Gompers library. 

For the 2x2 Peer Observation, teachers will get into groups of 2-3 to observe each other around questioning and discussion using the 2x2 protocol (click here).  The follow-up workshop is a 3-hour, in-person training that continues the conversation from the 6-hour session.  The idea is to continually support teachers in their development and make drive-by PDs a thing of the past.
