First Interim Report

Open Data
Open Data is a public facing budget resource where the public can access and explore financial information such as Los Angeles Unified’s operating budget, operating per pupil budget, school budget reports, total budget, position counts and more.
As part of our efforts to improve budget transparency, LA Unified has launched a budget tool available to staff, students, and the public in the Open Data Portal.
Los Angeles Unified’s Strategic Budget Tracker
Los Angeles Unified’s Strategic Plan Budget Tracker will demonstrate how public dollars are allocated to the targeted initiatives outlined in the Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan Budget Tracker allows users to see the relationship between dollars and initiatives down to the priority level and allows the public to explore how priorities are funded and how Los Angeles Unified plans to move the work forward.
