    Mr. Mount began serving as the District's Chief Financial Officer in August of 2024 and previously served as the District's Chief Procurement Officer. Prior to coming to the District, Mr. Mount served as a Superintendent for three years and as a Deputy Superintendent, Chief Business Official and Chief Financial Official of various schools in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento for over a decade with a specialization in schools that were experiencing fiscal distress. Prior to working on the business side of education, Mr. Mount was a Director of Curriculum and Instruction and both a high school and elementary school Principal for six years in New York and Los Angeles. He also taught high school English and Social Studies for a decade and served as an Operations Executive for an Educational and Training Company in Los Angeles. Mr. Mount earned his Bachelor's Degree from the State University of New York at Oswego, his Master of Arts degree in European and Asian History from the State University of New York at Cortland, his Master of Arts degree in Educational and Public Administration from California State University at Dominguez Hills and his California Chief Business Official certification from the University of Southern California.

Nolberto Delgadillo currently serves as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), a role he assumed in July 2023. In this position, he supports the district's fiscal strategy and ensures responsible management and accurate reporting of district funds. Before joining LAUSD, Nolberto was the Chief Financial Officer for Portland Public Schools in Oregon, and prior to that, he held the same position at Tulsa Public Schools. His career includes significant experience in managing financial services across various educational institutions. Nolberto's previous roles also include serving as Chief Operations Officer at the LA Promise Fund and supporting finance operations at Green Dot Public Schools. Additionally, he has over 12 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Educationally, Nolberto holds degrees in Chemistry and Spanish from the University of Southern California, an MBA from Loyola Marymount, a Master’s in Educational Leadership from The Broad Center, and he completed a Fellowship in Public Education from the Yale School of Management. .

Sung Yon Lee currently serves as the Deputy Chief Business Officer (DCBO) at the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD). Before stepping into this role, Ms. Lee built a distinguished legal career, practicing as an attorney on the Business and Government, and later the Facilities Teams, within the Office of General Counsel at both LAUSD and the Los Angeles County Office of Education. Ms. Lee’s expertise extends beyond the legal field. She also held the position of Chief Procurement Officer for LAUSD, where she demonstrated leadership in managing district-wide procurement operations. A proud graduate of the University of Southern California, Ms. Lee holds dual degrees in English Literature and Political Science. She furthered her academic credentials by earning a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. She is currently pursuing certification as a Chief Business Official through the prestigious FCMAT CBO Mentor Program, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in school business operations.

As a proud product of the Los Angeles Unified School District, Daniel has been serving its students and communities since 2005. With a steadfast commitment to improving public education and ensuring efficient administrative operations, he currently holds the position of Special Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer. Throughout his career, Daniel has demonstrated exceptional leadership across various administrative roles across all levels of the organization, including school sites, regional offices, Information Technology Services, and more recently, the Superintendent’s Office. His extensive experience and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving positive change within the district. Daniel earned his Master of Arts in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Sector Management from California State University, Northridge. His dedication to public service and his comprehensive skill set make him an invaluable asset to our leadership team.

Ernie Thomas

Ernie Thomas joined the district in January 2024 from a national non-profit organization focused on education where he served for a decade, first as Controller and eventually as Treasurer and Controller for the last six years. He previously served as Corporate Controller for a community sector organization for two years. Prior to that, he served as Vice President at National Community Renaissance for a year. Before that, Mr. Thomas served at an entertainment company for over a decade, where he first held the position of Controller for three years, and then Chief Financial Officer for the last nine years. Mr. Thomas was also an auditor at Authur Andersen & Co and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Mr. Thomas graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Matt began serving the District in November of 2023 as Deputy Chief Procurement officer and now serving as Interim Chief Procurement Officer. Prior to serving with the District, Matt spent over 14 years with a global supply chain services provider in various roles of leadership and management. Matt earned his Bachelor’s Degree from California State University Long Beach and his MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, MA.

Timothy Rosnick

Timothy S. Rosnick is the Director of Capital Planning and Budgeting. Mr. Rosnick joined the District in October 2006 and served as the District’s Director of Accounting Controls from October 2006 through June 2007 and the Director of Treasury and Accounting Controls from July 2007 through June 2008. Mr. Rosnick served as the District’s Controller from June 2008 through June 2011 and served as the District’s Deputy Controller from June 2011 through September 2023. Mr. Rosnick became Director of Capital Planning and Budgeting in September 2023. Prior to joining the District, Mr. Rosnick served as an Administrator at the Orange County Department of Education and as a Financial Officer with LACOE. Mr. Rosnick graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction in Economics and received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Rosnick is a member of the Government Finance Officers Association and the CFA Institute.

Ms. Trinh has proudly served the District since 2006 working and promoting through various offices such as the Personnel Commission, Facilities Services Division, Food Services, and Information Technology Services. She has spent the last two years with the Office of the Chief Financial Officer as the Division HR Administrator II supporting all Human Resources functions such as organizational development, succession planning, retention analysis, training, leaves, and employee development and performance.
