The General Fund School Programs Manual serves as a school's guide to the policies, restrictions, and flexibilities related to the use of funds allocated to schools in Program 13027 (General Fund School Program) and in other relevant programs.  It is updated annually with any changes in policy.  See below for the most recent versions of the manual.
