The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has recommended that all non-urgent medical procedures be postponed in parts of the country where there is community transmission of the COVID-19 virus. As a result, the Los Angeles Unified School District is postponing current Tuberculosis Compliance Program deadlines for employees.
We will resume our usual mandated testing requirements based on ongoing assessments of the COVID-19 virus situation. Employees who will need to update their Tuberculosis test information will be individually notified via US Mail and LAUSD email.
