    Possible Service Requests for Focus include:

    • Difficulty accessing the application
    • Difficulty accessing a dashboard or report 
    • Guidance in using filters on a dashboard  

     

    To submit a request, choose Request Assistance with MiSiS. In the Select the Affected Module drop-down menu, select “MiSiS - Focus Reporting & Dashboards.”

     

    Note: The ITD Help Desk cannot provide assistance with questions or concerns regarding available data. For questions about data on a dashboard, such as calculation or source information, refer to the relevant dashboard user manual to find Whom to Contact for Support.
