Veterans bring a wealth of experience in small group leadership, training, and real-world application of content knowledge to the field of education. Hundreds of veterans have successfully become teachers with LAUSD. 

We offer the following services to military veterans:

• Individual guidance and mentorship through the certification, selection, and placement process
• Access to veteran support organizations that offer financial and career development assistance
