LD East

  • Welcome to Local District East

    Parent and Community Engagement Unit!

Welcome to the Parent and Community Engagement (PACE) website. It is my pleasure to collaborate with administrators, directors, principals, assistant principals, coordinators, students, and parents. The focus of our local district will allow us to develop professional developments for parents and coordinators that focus on the development, betterment, and academic achievement of all students.
    Theory of Change
Local District East prioritizes equity in all schools and builds on community assets to convert micro-aggressions into micro-affirmations that will lead to students achieving college/career readiness and becoming agents of social change.

Each Community of Schools will have the following foci:

    1.Leadership development

2.Engaging students in rigorous grade level Standards based tasks

    3.Establishing Multi-Tiered Systems of Support

We look forward to working with all of you to improve parent engagement, school success, and student academic achievement.
