Once you are ready to make a request, login to the Online Service Request System (also known as the LAUSD Services Catalog) with your full LAUSD email and password. Enter "website" into the keyword search and then select "Request Development of Schools and Offices Homepage" to access the fill-in form specific to the services we provide.
