Office of Student Civil Rights
The Office of Student Civil Rights serves as the District's office for supporting students’ civil rights. The Office of Student Civil Rights has District-wide responsibilities to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing educational programs so that all students and community members are treated equitably in the District's programs and activities and provided a safe, secure environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and/or bullying including, but not limited to, all aspects of Section 504, Title VI and Title IX compliance.
