      LAUSD is taking a stronger initiative to protect your identity and student information.

    2. What are the new complexity requirements for LAUSD passwords?
      In order to view the complexity requirements, please verify your LAUSD account at the Single Sign-On (https://mylogin.lausd.net)

    3. When will I be required to change my password to meet the new security requirements?
      Any password changed prior to November 2nd , 2018, will expire in 6 months and will require the new security requirements. Starting on November 2nd , 2018, all new passwords will require the new security requirements.

    4. How do I change my password?
      Please follow the step-by-step instructions located at the “Login and Password” support section of the help desk (http://helpdesk.lausd.net)

    5. I changed my password, but I cannot receive e-mail on my mobile device.
      For Office365 accounts, please allow up to 10 minutes for new password to start working with your LAUSD e-mail. Please update your mobile device and all tablets with the new password.
