Welligent Support Tier 2 Help Desk

The Welligent Support Help Desk would like to welcome back all of our schools and students to the 2018-2019 school year.

 

Effective this school year, the direct number, fax number, and email for Welligent Support will be phased out.

 

On Friday, August 17, 2018, the fax number will no longer be monitored.  All requests will need to be submitted online.

 

For urgent issues (for instance, user cannot lock an IEP during a meeting), please contact us at 213-241-5200 (Option 4).

 

For non-urgent issues (such as, user needs to update a student record, need access to Welligent, change in user role) , please open an online request by going to https://lausd-myit.onbmc.com(Please submit one student issue/student record/application per ticket.)

Please allow 1-5 business days for most requests to be processed.  Be advised, processing times may take longer during high-volume periods, such as the beginning of the school year.
