Did you grow in enrollment? Forget to order for a specific class? Please do the following:

  1. Fill out justification for late order Justification for Late Order
  2. Have your director sign off
  3. Fill out a remedy ticket via ILTSS. Remedy Ticket
  4. Click ON: Report ILTSS Destiny Issues
  5. Textbooks services will create a SAP to order your materials. This does not happen through the local district. Once you have a ticket in and you would like to follow up via phone, please call (213) 241-2734.

Creating Groups for Progress Monitoring

As part of ELLP Academies, you may need to access the rosters of your colleagues. The ELLP designee can create groups so that you may log in, select academy groups and PM your students whenever needed.

Admin Access or New School

Login to the link above and fill out the request for access. Please notify your Principal that you are making this request. They will receive an authorization email to grant access.

Your MCLASS login is your LAUSD SSO. Try the options below and if it isn't successful, call Alison Pickering (213-241-2494) at the Division of Instruction.

1. Change LAUSD SSO password:

2. Clear your browser history:

On iPad: settings > general > safari > clear history/cookies

On Mac (Chrome browser): top left menu click “Chrome” > history > clear history
