MIDDLE SCHOOL MATH TUTORIAL LAB CURRICULUM MAPS
The Common Core Math Tutorial Lab courses were designed to provide foundational knowledge and intervention for students enrolled in or preparing to enroll in one of the middle school math courses (Common Core Math 6, Common Core Math 7, or Common Core Math 8). These courses are not only intervention for struggling students, but are also a support for students experiencing difficulty in mastering the core standards and academic language constraints of the Common Core series of courses.
These courses are elective mathematics courses provided to students as a supplement to their regular math course. The goal is to enhance student's knowledge of prerequisite skills and academic language that is required in order to successfully access the standards-based Common Core courses.
