On May 21, 2012, Superintendent Deasy invited applicant teams to participate in the fourth round of Public School Choice (PSC 4.0) to help improve student achievement at 13 under performing "focus schools."

As part of the PSC 4.0 Request for Proposal application (RFP), prospective applicant teams who are currently exploring to write a school proposal are required to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI)Form. Only those teams that submit a Letter of Intent Form will be eligible to participate in PSC 4.0 and submit a proposal on October 31st.  This document is not binding and changes may be made to the final application. Please click LOI LIST for the complete list of submissions by school.
