    The Eco Sustainability Office is proud to have been recognized and honored for its leadership and achievements in sustainability, resource conservation, campus ecology, and high performance design.  

  • Under LAUSD's Chief Eco Sustainability Officer, Christos Chrysiliou, the Eco Sustainability Office has received multiple awards for the District's efforts in energy conservation, water stewardship, high performance schools, and campus ecology. During last year's Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) sustainability awards, LAUSD was awarded First Place in the 2023 Sustainability Excellence in the Demand Response Category.
